By completing a booking through our online booking system or via any authorized partner, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed once the reservation process is completed and a confirmation email with your booking details and voucher has been sent to the email address provided.
Please review your booking carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2. Payment
Payment for our cruises may be required either:
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Your booking is secured only once the required payment is successfully processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for free up to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure are non-refundable.
No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
The exact cancellation terms for your booking are displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify an existing booking (such as date changes or number of participants) are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
5. Arrival Time
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point in the Marina Port of Rethymno at least 45 minutes before departure.
Failure to arrive on time may result in missing the departure, and the booking may be treated as a no-show.

All guests must comply with Greek maritime rules and local port regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.
PERSONAL DATA
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
