By completing a booking through our online booking system or via any authorized partner, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once the reservation process is completed and a confirmation email with your booking details and voucher has been sent to the email address provided.

Please review your booking carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Payment

Payment for our cruises may be required either:

• In full at the time of booking, or
• Partially (deposit) depending on the selected payment option.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Your booking is secured only once the required payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel for free up to 48 hours before departure.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

The exact cancellation terms for your booking are displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify an existing booking (such as date changes or number of participants) are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, they cannot be guaranteed.

5. Arrival Time

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point in the Marina Port of Rethymno at least 45 minutes before departure.

Failure to arrive on time may result in missing the departure, and the booking may be treated as a no-show.

6. Weather Conditions

All cruises are subject to weather conditions and safety regulations.

In case of unsafe weather, Dolphin Cruises reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the cruise to another available date, or
• Provide an alternative solution or refund where applicable.

Safety of passengers and crew is always our priority.

7. Passenger Information

Passengers may be required to provide personal information before the cruise (e.g., full name, nationality, date of birth) for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons. Failure to provide requested information may affect participation.

8. Health and Safety

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate.

Please inform the crew of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special requirements in advance.

Passengers must follow all crew instructions and safety guidelines during the cruise.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to provide services as described, Dolphin Cruises cannot be held responsible for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Circumstances beyond our control (weather, port authority restrictions, mechanical issues, etc.)

10. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the cruise. We recommend bringing only necessary items.

11. Changes to the Itinerary

Dolphin Cruises reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, or route if required for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

13.Photos & Media

By joining the cruise, you consent to Dolphin Cruises using photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you inform the crew otherwise.

14 Local Regulations & Compliance

All guests must comply with Greek maritime rules and local port regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
